UNHCR – Syria

After seven years of war, Syrians are struggling to survive. More than half the country’s population has been uprooted from their homes since the conflict began in 2011. Over 5.5 million people have fled to neighbouring countries. Most live in extreme poverty, unable to feed their children, access healthcare or keep a roof over their heads. – Source: UNCHR
